Since we started Macaroni Kid three years ago, we've seen an amazing response! Part of that response has been suggestions from readers as to how we can improve the site, and we've been able to implement a few of them. We wanted to let everyone know some of the great features and upgrades to the site of the past year or so.
First, check out the "My Macaroni" button on the left hand side. What this let's you do is add specific events to a personal list which you can easily print. Below each event there a button that says "Add to My Macaroni". If you check a few of those, then click on the big pink "My Macaroni Button" Viola! You have an easy to print list of the select events you want to hit this week.
Another great feature is the Calendar, an easy way to view events in calendar format.
We've also added a business directory for local sites. Here you can see local businesses that are vetted by our local publishers. (Speaking of which, Macaroni Kid is now in more than 350 communities across the Country!)
And last but not least, we recently introduced Macaroni Deals in a few local editions (with more on the way). Macaroni Deals offers great savings (like Groupon) from truly local and family friendly businesses. Check it out, www.macaronideals.com
