Step Aside Video Games, Time to Meet Hyper Toss

By Jamie Clark, Editor & Publisher Macaroni Kid Roanoke July 5, 2016
Picture your kids laughing and having fun doing something other than playing video games. It's a pretty nice sight, isn't it? My boys are 11 and 9 and their laughter and fun usually ends in fighting and yelling. When Hyper Toss arrived from our sponsor, I was pretty excited to let my kids get their hands on it, and they were pretty excited to get their hands on it, too!

So...are you ready to have your mind blown? When they play with Hyper Toss they don't fight. They take turns. They laugh. They have fun. It's a glorious thing. My boys love this toy {and I do, too!}

Hyper Toss is the new fast-paced, electronic quick catch ball game for active kids. The idea is to catch the ball quickly in one of the three colored cups – all by following audio instructions! {Meaning your kids have to be good listeners, too!} There are four different games to play. Right now my boys are still perfecting Hyper Toss mode. What we've quickly learned is that practice does make perfect!
  • Memory Toss: Recall the sequence to be the Memory Master
  • Hyper Toss: Be the fastest to catch 15
  • Super Toss: Progress through levels to be the best
  • Freestyle: Freestyle play for skills and thrills
And, you'll love this, it retails for $19.99 and even includes batteries!

Our new Hyper Toss has found a home on our coffee table and my kids very frequently just pick it up to play a quick game. I also brought it along to the baseball field for my son to play while he waited for his brother's practice to finish. It quickly attracted a crowd of boys and became an instant hit. And I'd like to think I was the "cool mom" for introducing this to everyone. I love that it's so portable, though I did have to stop my kids from actually playing in the backseat while I was driving!
