HOW TO ENTER:
Enter via subscribing to Macaroni Kid. All valid subscribers during the contest period (February 2 to February 8, 2015 at 11:59 pm EST) will be eligible. By participating, all entrants agree to these Official Rules. All entries must be in the form of a unique and valid email address.
Limit is one entry per email address and by participating in this sweepstake program, you must sign up to receive a Macaroni Kid free e-newsletter and accept that your email will be shared with Glerups.
This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, and U.S. Military personnel (and their families) with APO/FPO addresses, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
Macaroni Kid assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problems or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of human error, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MACARONI KID LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Disputes/Governing Law/Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without reference to its choice of law rules. By participating in this giveaway, all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New York for resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.
Release: By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify: (i) Macaroni Kid, LLC, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers and advertising and promotion agencies; and (ii) the sponsor identified above from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (i) entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s))
Winner Information: Winners’ first name and last initial will be posted on this page after it is drawn. Names of winners can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Macaroni Kid, 860 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, NY 11976. Any such request must be received within six months of the date of the contest.
Privacy Policy: It is Macaroni Kid’s privacy policy not to share, sell, loan, or rent entrant’s contact information (name, email address, Twitter handle, etc.) to any third party. However, by entering into this sweepstakes you consent to allowing Macaroni Kid to contact you via email to alert you if you have won. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.
PRIZE:
The prize is a pair of Glerups of your choosing. Selection may be substituted depending upon stock at time of request. Estimated value is $100.
WINNING:
On or about February 8, 2015, Macaroni Kid will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The contest is sponsored by Macaroni Kid, llc whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. On or about February 8, 2015, winner will be notified by the valid email submitted for entry and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Macaroni Kid, which must be returned to and received by Macaroni Kid within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the winner does not contact Macaroni Kid within 24 hours, declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and Macaroni Kid may elect, at its own discretion, to select an alternate winner.
