If you’re like me, you prefer to spend Black Friday chilling on the couch eating leftovers and then hit your holiday shopping hard on Cyber Monday. As a chronic Target fan, I’m going to start there. Macaroni Kid got a sneak peek at Target's cyber-week deals and there’s something for everyone on your list.
I’ll start with the big, “for the family gift.” We recently renovated a new house and have been finishing rooms one by one. For the last night of Hanukkah, we plan to reveal the new family TV room and we’ve been on the hunt for the perfect 40” TV at a great holiday price. Target has one at the top of its Cyber-Monday sale: Samsung 40” Smart LED HDTV for $379.99 (regularly $629.99) with a $30 Target GiftCard, which of course I’ll spend, so really it is $349.99. With free shipping on all holiday items, this comes in just under my $350 budget.
Next up, mom, and this grandma ain’t easy to shop for! But she recently rediscovered a love of baking and what better way to fuel that passion than with the ultimate baker’s tool at an amazing price -- KitchenAid Professional 5-qt. stand mixer in silver or red, $224.99 (regularly $449.99). I love it in bright red, but I think the more industrial silver will be better for her kitchen. Mom, check!
I admit, there is nothing “fun” about a vacuum cleaner for the holidays … but the Dyson DC35 White Digital Slim cordless vacuum, $199.99 (regularly $299.99) is so ridiculously perfect for my sister, it’s gotta' happen. There are a whole lot of nieces and little cousins in my life and I think we will be going Our Generation Doll crazy this year with up to 50% off the dolls, dollhouses and accessories. I’m thinking a dollhouse to be shared by Hannah and Lily, and then dolls for each. Can two sisters share a dollhouse? I better get some advice on that … maybe two dollhouses are in order …

Oh how I love that Star Wars is still a “thing” for kids. I remember watching the very first Stars Wars movie as a young kid myself, it was one of the first “grown up” movies I saw and it will always hold a place in my personal history. So how fun is it to buy Star Wars gifts for the little ones in my life … and many are also buy-one-get-one 50% off this week. I’m thinking little boy fleece PJs and a set of Star Wars characters … but there’s lots of Star Wars licensed items to choose from.
And for me? Well, there are a ton of goodies in apparel, shoes, sleepwear, jewelry and accessories all buy-one-get-one-50% off. There’s almost too much to choose from, but I’ve zeroed in on a much-needed winter jacket and a not-at-all-needed-but-totally-want-it stone necklace.
