Get Ready for #TealTakeover!
Did you know more than 32 million Americans are living with potentially life-threatening food allergies?
The organization Food Allergy Research & Education — or FARE — is marking Food Allergy Awareness Week May 8-14 by celebrating with the whole food allergy community through a social media takeover they're calling #TealTakeover.
FARE is also asking all friends in the food allergy community to learn, love and connect through food, education, advocacy and more during the week. FARE has a whole week of events planned, ranging from cooking demos with Food Network star David Rose to a discussion about advocacy with U.S. Senator Chris Murphy.
How can you take part and honor the 32 million Americans living with food allergies?
Take part in FARE's #TealTakeover!
FARE is asking you to paint your world teal, the color of food allergy awareness. Make sure to tag your social posts with #TealTakeover and @foodallergy to spread awareness, empathy, education and love for those with food allergies.

While you’re rocking your teal, you can also enter the #TealTakeover Fundraiser Challenge for a chance to win individual or team prizes. Or donate and double your impact up to $25,000 through a generous matching gift from FARE Board of Directors member Robert L Rich.
