BrainStrong Toddler

June 1, 2011

As a publisher, we are presented with a staggering amount of products to try, review, tweet about, whatever and most of them we just ignore.  But (you knew that was coming), how many times as an adult have you wished you were just a little bit smarter?  Could have seen something that should have been obvious, or even gotten an A instead of a B+ in school?  We know we have, and while it's too late for us parents to improve our grades, here's something that may give our children a bit of an edge and maximize their brains development.

BrainStrong Toddler, powered by life’sDHA™, is a brain health supplement for toddlers in a powder form that contains 100 mg of DHA omega-3, a nutrient that supports brain and cognitive development in infancy and throughout childhood. It comes as a sprinkle powder, which can easily be mixed in with different foods and beverages, to help meet a young child’s continuous need for DHA during this period of growth and development.  BrainStrong Toddler has an MSRP of $16.99.

Below are a few recipes for mixing the powder – making it very easy to sneak in DHA omega-3 into the foods and beverages that your kids already love.  We particularly like the “mac-n-cheese” option!

Mix one packet of BrainStrong Toddler into the following foods:
·         4 oz. yogurt
·         4 oz. pudding
·         1/2 cup oatmeal
·         1/3 cup mac-n-cheese
·         1/4 cup mashed potatoes
·         1 cup 2% milk
