July 4th presents all kinds of great photo and video opps. Family BBQ's, road trips, the beach, the mountains and more. And we all have this amazing camera in our pockets. Here are few tips to capture great images and videos.
A few nuggets from the video are...
1. Hold the camera horizontal (all the time!)
2. Shoot people, not just scenery
3. Keep videos short, 30 seconds or less
4. With iPhone 7 Plus using Portrait Mode, have the subject (person) far away from the background (don't shoot them standing right in front of something), and have the background be a non-solid color or texture
Look at the photo above from NASA Space Center, it sets the scene and tells people where we are, the kids are in it, and they are posing, having fun. It captures the fun we had and where. What more can you ask?
