I'm just back from our Macaroni KID Boondoggle in Punta Cana where 30 Macaroni KID publishers were hosted by the amazing Meliá Caribe Beach’s all-inclusive, family-friendly resort. The resort spoiled us with private suites (including butler service), dinners on the beach, a catamaran cruise with a slide, a chocolate experience, a silent disco, and more!

Macaroni KID does an amazing Boondoggle every year to bring together publishers in great locations. But this was my first since my husband, Brian Ratner, and I came on board as the new owners of Macaroni Kid in 2020.
That meant this was our first time meeting some of our awesome and inspirational MK HQ team members and publishers in person. It was phenomenal! It’s amazing how good it feels to have some human connection after a year of Zooms.
