Celebrate Earth Day by learning different ways to create and store energy with TikTok famous science teacher Phil Cook!
From Varsity Tutors: Recently dubbed “TikTok’s Favorite Chemistry Teacher,” Phil Cook has been enthusiastically teaching chemistry for over two decades. Through unique and interactive experiments, he engages with learners all over the world–reigniting a love of science in some and introducing the world of chemistry to others.
About the class: The world is on the verge of an energy revolution, and today’s students have the power to create clean, efficient power. So join TikTok’s favorite science teacher, Phil Cook, for an interactive and, yes, electric exploration of energy. Through high-energy demonstrations, students will examine various methods of energy creation, look inside batteries for the secrets of energy storage, and build a working battery of their own. Yes, it’s not just possible to develop clean sources of energy: in this class, learners will do it themselves and leave positively charged about the energy of the future.
